About us
It all started in 2020,
when two passionate audio enthusiasts started designing their own HiFi speaker design. In this case, the models were the brands Cabasse and Tannoy, which successfully use a single coaxial driver design. They wanted to use a large-diaphragm driver typically found in PA systems and dispel the myth of the differences between HiFi and professional audio.
“More balanced and coherent sound, more natural and accurate soundstage, surround sound and atmosphere – attributes that excited me every time I listened to music,”
those are the words of František Maté from BaSys SK, who is behind the idea of this project.
The goal was to develop a new speaker shape with excellent sound quality at an affordable price.
Viktor Boronkay from BG Acoustics is a long-time sound engineer and designer of professional speakers, who created the enclosure solution and provided the technical background for the project. Four years of development, experiments, measurements and searching for the optimal solution were definitely worth it.
Our speakers are handmade to order, making each pair of speakers unique to the customer. We can use high-gloss pearlescent lacquer, matte finish or real wood veneer.
